Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns/replacements within 7 calendar days from the delivery date in the following cases:
- Wrong, damaged, or defective product (our fault)
- Return shipping: Free (paid by us)
- Resolution: Replacement or full refund (your choice)
- Return shipping: Free (paid by us)
- Change of mind / ordered the wrong item (“remorse”)
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.
- Return shipping: Customer pays one-way
- Refund: Original payment method after inspection
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.
Products returned outside the 7‑day window or not meeting the conditions below may be rejected
- Wrong, damaged, or defective product (our fault)
Products returned outside the specified timeframe or not meeting the conditions below may not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.
3. Non‑returnable Items (Unless Defective)
- Custom‑configured or personalized items
- Activated software/licenses or opened consumables
- Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents
- Color variance due to screen settings alone
4. How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] (or your correct email) with:
- Order ID, item(s), reason for return
- Photos/videos for damaged/defective claims
- Order ID, item(s), reason for return
- We reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Pack securely, write the RMA on the parcel label, and ship via the instructed method.
Local returns (UAE): We may direct you to a nearby branch.
International returns: We coordinate with the official brand/service center if needed.
5. Shipping Costs

6. Refunds
- Issued only if a replacement is not possible (or if you request a refund).
- Processing time: 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Refund method: Original payment method. Bank/card posting times may vary.
- If a return is rejected (e.g., used item, missing parts), we will contact you about next steps (reshipment at your cost, partial refund, etc.).
